This is a 3-day LIVE online immersion designed to allow you to create a connection with your emotional body to become emotionally equipped for the wilder moments in life. As humans, we base all of our decisions on emotion so it is important for us to be informed as to what our emotions are telling us so we can anchor in the emotions that we DO want.

• Wound Integration - How your love is your greatest healer;
• Expression - How natural it is to express;
• Breath, Sound and Movement - The language of our body and how to listen to it;
• Fragmentation - The creation of our personality;
• The Inner Child - Connection, integration and returning to truth;
• Heart Expression - Effective heart communication;
• Living In The Heart - Living as an expression of our truth; and
  
• Ceremony - Integration through presence.  

By the end of this immersion you will:

• Be equipped with a tool kit for your emotional body;
• Be equipped with functional ways to express emotion healthily;
• Have an understanding of the language of your body and how to respond to it;
• Have an understanding of how to utilise breath, sound and movement as tools;
• Gain a deep awareness of your personality, your inner child, and the truth of who you are;
• Be equipped with effective communication tools; and
• Be empowered in making powerful and clear decisions for yourself based on your truth
